Technology is now the backbone of almost all companies. If your emails stop working, or your top sales guy’s laptop won’t start, your business can quite literally come to a grinding halt. As an SME, you probably can’t justify hiring a dedicated IT person, yet you still need help from time to time. Signing up with a large IT firm has it’s draw backs – high labour fees, having to log a ticket and wait hours or even days for a response.
That’s where I come in. My name is Joel. I started iWiz in January 2023 with the aim of helping small & medium sized business owners in Cape Town free up their time by taking care of their IT needs.
No need to log a ticket – just give me a call, send a Whatsapp or pop me an email and I will be there to assist
No lengthy contracts or retainers – you only pay on an ad-hoc basis when and if IT support is needed
